Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Waari and the cleaning services you book through us. By booking, you agree to them. Please read alongside our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. The service
Waari connects residents with KYC-verified cleaning professionals who provide vehicle and home cleaning at your society or doorstep, with timestamped before & after photo proof of each completed job.
2. Bookings & subscriptions
You can book a one-time service or a recurring plan (daily, alternate-day, or weekly). Recurring plans continue until you pause or cancel them. Prices are indicative on the site and confirmed at booking; applicable taxes (including GST) are charged as required.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. Recurring plans are billed monthly by UPI auto-pay or the method you authorise. A wash that is not completed and photo-verified is not billed.
4. Your responsibilities
Please ensure safe, reasonable access to the vehicle or home at the scheduled time, and provide accurate contact and location details. Treat our professionals with respect; we extend the same to you.
5. Service quality & proof
Every completed job carries before & after photo proof. If a wash falls short, rate it in the app or contact us and we will re-clean or refund per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Cancellation
You can pause or cancel a recurring plan anytime, with no lock-in or cancellation fee. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for timing and refunds.
7. Liability
We take reasonable care to deliver a good service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to re-performing it or refunding the amount paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
