Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our pricing only works if our cleaning does. Because every wash is photo-proofed, refunds aren't a fight — the evidence is already on file. Here's exactly how it works.
1. Cancel anytime, no lock-in
Recurring plans have no contract and no cancellation fee. Pause your plan while you travel, or cancel entirely — both take a tap in the app or a message to support. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund washes already completed and photo-verified.
2. No photo, no charge
A wash that is not completed and photo-verified is never billed. If you were charged for a wash that did not happen, we refund it in full.
3. Not happy with a wash
If a completed wash falls short, rate it in the app or contact us within 24 hours. We will re-clean at no extra cost or, if you prefer, refund that wash. The before & after photos make this quick to resolve.
4. Refund timelines
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via our payment partner (Razorpay), and typically reach your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
5. How to request
Use the in-app rating/complaint flow, or reach our support team via the Contact page. We aim to acknowledge within one working day and resolve complaints within our <1-day resolution standard wherever possible.
